“Above all, always be capable of feeling deeply any injustice committed against anyone, anywhere in the world.” Che Guevara
My name is B. Paulina Camarena (B stands for Beatrice), I have a bachelor’s degree in International Business, a J.D and an M.S. in Nonprofit Management, Yes, I do love to study! I´m passionate about art and artists, creative people fascinate me. I used to be a dancer so I´m fond of discipline, reason why I know practice taekwondo and I love it!
For as long as I can remember I’ve loved to travel. I’ve lived in four countries and visited more than twenty. Yes, it also means that from time to time I need to “get away” breathe some fresh air and change ordinary scenarios.
I’ve been passionate about youth development basically since I made it through adolescence. Everyone has it challenging, some have it hard, but I realized after volunteering with youth victims of life abuse, that some have it very very hard. Some have it with all the odds against them, and it just ins’t fair.
This blog is a journey I will be sharing with you. I’m creating a model for formerly incarcerated youth, youth at risk and foster youth that will provide them with tools to create a better life for themselves. If you have an opinion about my journey, tools, knowledge or require consultation from me, please do contact me.
I believe everyone should have a fair opportunity to succeed
